To apply for STAPH, students must complete the online application, provide two complete years transcripts, a teacher recommendation and the complete Signature Page to us.
Online applications can be completed by following this link staph.truman.edu/apply. You will need your access code and will find this enclosed in your application packet. You will need to fully complete the STAPH application form, including essays, which can be submitted entirely online. The application must be completed online by January 30, 2017.
You will also need to forward your transcripts, the Signature Page, and the Teacher Recommendation Form by mail to the address below.
All applications require the submission of original signatures. We are unable to accept fax or email copies. You may download a paper version of the STAPH Signature Page and the STAPH Teacher Recommendation Form below. Your application is not complete until all portions of the application are received.
